Life Coaching is a new term for a very old concept. In the past we called ‘life coaches’ mentors and friends. People in our life who believed in us during the times we had trouble believing in ourselves!

A life coach is someone who can help you move through your life with grace and aplomb. Life coaching is, in essence, a professional partnership between a coach and a client supporting the client’s professional and personal growth, in physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Your life will only work when we address the whole person.

Life coach sessions are offered in all areas including relationships, finances, health, stress reduction, career decisions, parenting…..whatever is important to you and does not seem to be working in your life right now.

There will be some hard questions asked, exercises to complete and accountability but I promise you will evolve from the experience a happier, calmer, more prosperous and more content individual than when you started.

60 minute first session
