Many circumstances in our life have developed due to early programming, situations and beliefs in childhood. These beliefs created a comfort zone where we felt able to cope with the problems we faced as children. As we age, when a new idea or suggestion is introduced, we immediately fall back into our old comfort zone to interpret and analyze the new information, although we may now not feel as comfortable.

Hypnosis will help you to create a new comfort zone in which to analyze and cope with situations that arise now. Sometimes you are not even aware of what is wrong but you do know you don’t feel “right”. In order for you to create a new comfort zone for yourself, you must first leave your existing comfort zone. This means that, for a short while, you will feel uncomfortable and confused, however, within one or two sessions a feeling of exhilaration and freedom will flood your body as you reach your new and expanded comfort zone.

Hypnosis will help you restore your natural balance and state of well-being so that you are able to enjoy peace and harmony in all areas of life.
